1. I have been endowed with the responsibility of heading this premier educational institution "MSM Sainik School" founded by a great visionary Late Choudhary Mahender Pratap Singh ji.

2. The main aim of this Sainik School is to prepare students academically, physically and psychologically to enter into the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla (Pune). At the same time school environment also provides ample opportunities to its students to flourish in all walks of life as well.

3. Education is one of the powerful tools which convert a man into a complete human. Education and cadets holistic development is our primary commitment our focus therefore will always remain on the cadets as the Centre of Gravity.

4. It will be my endeavor to empower, inspire as well as motivate students to be creative and rational thinkers who will adjust harmoniously in a fast-changing global society. The Key Result Areas (KRA's) that we wish to focus on are discipline, academic excellence, sports and maximum participation in all activities. Discipline is the bridge between aim and achievement. It must be a habit so well inculcated and so deeply ingrained that it becomes an intrinsic part of our cadets' personality.

5. We will continuously try our best to improve communication with parents and the community so that everybody is updated about school's plans and activities. I congratulate and thank all the parents for having faith in us and entrusting us with the responsibility of bringing out the best in their child. Let me assure you, that together, we will set new standards and redefine our potential and make you feel proud of your child's achievements during his stay with us.

6. With the support of the Management, Staff, Parents and the wishes of the well wishers; the MSM Sainik School will achieve its target of sending more children to National Defence Academy.
