ENTRANCE EXAM : 2016-17

INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the Applicaton Form :

                            1. Eligibility:
                            (i) Father Of Candidate must be a domicile of INDIA.
                           	(ii) Date Of Birth – Application  are invited  as per the given format from boys born between 
                                Dates given as under for the academic year 2016-17 .
                        	(a) For Class VI : 02 February 2005 to  01 July 2007 (both dates inclusive)
                        (b) For Class IX  :  02  February 2002  to  01 July 2005 (both dates inclusive).
                     (iii) Must have passed class V  and VIII  for admission  in class VI  and  IX  respectively by 31st  March 
                            2016, from a recognized school.
                    
                    2. Reservation and Scholarship :  Out of total vacancies reserved for OBC, SC/ST,& defence personnel
                         (as per the Govt. rules).
                    3. Scheme Of Written Examination:  Admission to the school is made through a  written examination.
                        The subjects of the written examinations  are : English, Mathematics, Science, S.S.T.,General 
                        Knowledge & Intelligence test. The school provides admission in class    VI & IX only.
                    4. Examination  Centre: M.S.M. Sainik School ,SGNR.
                    5. Availability Of  Application  Form :  Format  of application form with instructions will be available 
                         from 4th January 2016  to  4th February 2016. For filling Online Application Forms go through our school
                        website: www.msmsainikschool.in. Penalty will be imposed on late submission.
                    6. Last date of Application Form  :  Application completed in all respect along with Admit Card, 
                        Identification Form, Self-addressed envelope with Rs-25/-  stamp affixed and Demand Draft 
                         of Rs 550/-  drawn in favour of Principal, M.S.M. Saink School, Sri Ganganagar (Raj).

                    7. Date Of Entrance Examination:    07Th  February 2016  to till date.
                    8. Tentative dates of Interview :    07th February 2016 to 12th February 2016 (dates are extendable).
                    9. School Fee  Scholarship is given on merit basis by CRRMCT. Fee may be increased as per  existing
                        rules.
                    10.  Parents are advised to keep a Photocopy Of Demand Drafts for further reference purpose.
                     11.  Following  documents / Certificates to be submitted at the time of admission : 
                    a. Transfer certificate from the school last attended  duly counter signed by District Inspector  Of                 Schools .
                    b. Domicile certificate  of father issued  by the District  Magistrate or  authorised by D.M. in
                        original.
                     c. Caste Certifcate (SC/ST/OBC) from competent authority in original.
                    d. Agreement bond on Rs.50/-  special adhesive stamp.
                    e. Affidavit on Rs 10/- non-judicial stamp regarding ragging.
